AI consulting for a small business can cost anything from nothing to six figures. The price range is so wide because "AI consulting" describes at least four different things. Here is what each tier typically involves, what you actually get, and how to decide which one your firm needs first.

Cost: your inbox. What you get is a generic list of popular tools and a sales process attached.
