1. The commitment
If a completed WellBalanced Assessment does not identify credible and realistically implementable opportunities capable of returning at least five (5) hours per week of capacity to the business, WellBalanced AI will refund the full $999 assessment fee.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for the guarantee, the client must:
- Complete the 45-minute Business Workflow Interview in good faith;
- Provide reasonable, accurate information about current workflows, systems, and responsibilities when requested;
- Attend (or reschedule with reasonable notice) the 30-minute Executive Review.
3. How savings are measured
Weekly savings are estimated from the workflows discussed during the interview and documented in the personalized action plan. Estimates reflect realistic, implementable changes — not theoretical maximums — and consider adoption effort, tool cost, and the way the business actually operates.
4. Requesting a refund
A refund may be requested in writing within fourteen (14) days of the Executive Review. WellBalanced AI will confirm that the delivered assessment does not meet the five-hour threshold and, where it does not, issue a full refund of the $999 fee within ten (10) business days.
5. Scope and limitations
- The guarantee applies to the assessment fee only. It does not cover the cost of any software, tools, or implementation work undertaken afterward.
- Recommendations are advisory. Implementation decisions remain the client's responsibility, and realized savings depend on adoption and follow-through.
- The guarantee is void if material information about workflows or systems was withheld or misrepresented during the interview.
